以MnO_2为氧化剂制备3-甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺Preparation of 3-methyl-2-formylaminopyridine Using MnO_2 as an Oxidation Mediator

摘要(Abstract):
在70℃下用化学方法制备3-甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺,收率为86.6%,并以IR对其进行了结构表征.在此基础上,以电化学方法在超声波震荡下,在稀碱溶液中,阳极生成几纳米至几十纳米尺寸的MnO2,可将2-氰基-3-甲基吡啶氧化为3-甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺,自身被还原为MnOOH.MnOOH旋即在阳极上又被氧化生成MnO2,MnO2/MnOOH电对在阳极区中循环发生,电流效率66.1%.
