摘要(Abstract)：
本文通过热力学理论、统计理论及一些实例的分析,指出局域平衡的系统不一定都会具有δ~2S<0这一条件,因此以这一条件为一重要基础的广义热力学理论的普遍性与可靠性是有疑问的。
