裸盖菇L-001菌株液体培养及其产毒素初探Exploratiopn of the Psilocybe-L-001's Liquid Culture and Toxin Production

摘要(Abstract):
用5种不同碳源、氮源进行液体发酵培养裸盖菇L-001菌株,探讨最适其产毒素的碳、氮因子,研究其生物量与毒素的关系.结果发现:裸盖菇菌丝体生物量与其毒素产量呈现正相关,最适产毒素的碳源为马铃薯淀粉,氮源为黄豆粉.裸盖菇菌丝体破壁液和发酵液对绿豆芽RNA聚合酶Ⅱ均具有阻断抑制作用,小鼠实验也表明两者均使小鼠出现神经中毒现象.
