蔗糖、光照和温度对甘蔗UGPase调控影响的研究Analysis of the Effect of Sucrose Light and Temperature on Sugarcane UGPase Regulation

摘要(Abstract):
UGPase(UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase,尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶)是糖代谢过程中的关键酶,对蔗糖积累和细胞壁形成有重要影响.将处于生长期的甘蔗叶片经蔗糖、光照、冷诱导等条件处理后,测定UGPase酶活性,并利用real-time PCR技术同步测定Ugp的相对表达量.研究结果表明:环境中的蔗糖、低温(4℃)、光照对UGPase基因的表达调控呈上调,对UGPase酶活性有提高的作用.
