热致相分离法制备聚乳酸/聚己内酯多孔支架材料Preparation of Poly (L-lactic acid)/Poly(caprolactone) Porous Scaffolds by Thermally Induced Phase Separation

摘要(Abstract):
以聚乳酸(PLLA)和聚己内酯(PCL)为原料,四氢呋喃(THF)和1,4-二氧六环(DOX)二元组分为溶剂,采用热致相分离技术制备了多孔组织工程支架材料.系统地研究了溶质组成、溶液质量分数、淬火温度及时间等条件对多孔材料微观形貌的影响.实验结果表明:质量分数2%的聚合物溶液(VTHF∶VDOX=1∶1)在-50℃淬火2h,所得多孔支架材料由纤维组成,孔隙明显.
