低温烧结锆掺杂钇铁石榴石(YIG)的磁性能研究Study on the Magnetic Properties of Zr-substituted YIG by Low-temperature Sintering

摘要(Abstract):
通过溶胶-凝胶法用1 100℃低温烧结制得了(Y3-xCax)(Fe5-xZrx)O12纳米颗粒.利用谢乐公式计算得未掺杂YIG样品的平均粒径为88.6 nm,XRD结果表明掺杂样品均为YIG纯相.VSM表征发现当掺杂量x=0.3时,样品的Ms值最大,达到28.4 Am2·kg-1,继续增大掺杂量,由于超交换作用削弱导致磁性减弱;样品的Hc随掺杂量增大呈减小趋势.综合Ms值和Hc值,认为当x=0.3时,样品的磁性能最好,此时Ms=28.4 Am2·kg-1,Hc=1.69 k A·m-1.
