一氧化氮调节癌细胞中钙离子动力学Nitric Oxide Modulating Intracellular Calcium Dynamics of Cancer Cells

摘要(Abstract):
一氧化氮(NO)既能促进又能抑制癌细胞的增殖与转移,但是NO在癌细胞增殖与转移过程中所起作用的分子机理尚未明确.采用微孔板荧光检测技术观察NO对癌细胞钙离子浓度的调节作用,实验结果显示,外源性NO能使细胞内钙离子荧光强度显著增强,且增强程度与NO质量分数呈正相关;此外,NO引起的细胞内钙离子浓度增大主要是源于细胞内钙库的钙释放.研究结果有助于在细胞分子层面认识NO在癌细胞增殖与转移中的作用机制.
