腹水Walker256乳腺癌细胞接种建立SD大鼠胫骨骨癌痛模型Establishment of SD Rat Model with Tibial Cancer Pain by Ascites Cultured Walker256 Breast Cancer Cells Inoculation

摘要(Abstract):
探讨应用腹水传代培养的Walker256大鼠乳腺癌细胞系建立SD大鼠胫骨癌痛模型,为骨癌痛的研究和镇痛药物开发创造有利条件.结果显示,在骨癌模型组,接种后体质量呈缓慢下降,从第15天起与接种前相比存在极显著差异,到第21天时,体质量下降了12. 5%(P <0. 001);热缩足潜伏期也逐渐下降,从第6天开始,与接种前相比存在显著性差异,至第21天时,缩足潜伏期下降了34. 1%,接种的对侧后足也出现类似现象; X-影像观察显示骨癌痛模型大鼠的胫骨结构受到破坏,骨密度不均一.以上结果表明,应用腹水传代的Walker256乳腺癌细胞接种后能产生较为稳定的痛觉过敏等骨癌痛行为,SD大鼠胫骨癌痛模型建立成功.
