I_2负载蒙脱土研磨法催化Knoevenagel反应I_2 Loaded Montmorillonite as an Efficient Catalyst for Knoevenagel Condensation Under Grinding Method

摘要(Abstract):
室温研磨、无溶剂的绿色条件下,以I2负载蒙脱土催化Knoevenagel反应,筛选最优催化剂、碱添加剂、研磨时间及原料物质的量比.实验结果表明:以醋酸钠为碱添加剂,常温研磨10 min后,产率最高可达95.3%.红外、核磁、熔点表征产物,I2负载蒙脱土底物适应性良好并可以循环使用3次,使用此体系合成了具有潜在生物活性的靛红丙二腈衍生物,产率达90.8%.
