快淬Co/Fe/Cu金属条带的巨磁电阻效应Giant Magnetoresisitance in Co/Fe/Cu Granular Ribbons

摘要(Abstract)：
研究了用快淬制备的铸态和退火处理后非均匀相合金 Co15-x Fex Cu85金属条带的磁电阻、微观结构、磁性能 . x的范围是 0～ 1 5 at% .条带的磁电阻幅度很微弱 ,与同成分的溅射样品有明显不同 .这是由条带的微观结构决定的 ,同时也证实巨磁电阻效应是磁性颗粒的纳米尺寸效应引起
