Bi~(3+)掺杂对Y_(2.7)Ca_(0.3)Zr_(0.3)Fe_(4.7)O_(12)成相温度及磁性能的影响研究Study on the Phase Formation Temperature and Magnetic Properties of Bi-substituted Y_(2.7)Ca_(0.3)Zr_(0.3)Fe_(4.7)O_(12)

摘要(Abstract):
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备得到Y_(2.7-x)Bi_xCa_(0.3)Zr_(0.3)Fe_(4.7)O_(12)柘榴石纳米颗粒.Bi(3+)的加入对柘榴石相的成相温度有明显的降低作用,当Bi(3+)的加入对柘榴石相的成相温度有明显的降低作用,当Bi(3+)的掺杂量从0增大到0.5时,样品的成相温度从962℃降低到690℃附近.通过谢乐公式计算可知不同Bi(3+)的掺杂量从0增大到0.5时,样品的成相温度从962℃降低到690℃附近.通过谢乐公式计算可知不同Bi(3+)掺杂量的样品在900℃下烧结2 h,柘榴石相的平均粒径均小于50nm.通过掺杂Bi(3+)掺杂量的样品在900℃下烧结2 h,柘榴石相的平均粒径均小于50nm.通过掺杂Bi(3+)降低成相温度,样品的粒径更加远离单畴临界尺寸,有利于降低样品的矫顽力.
