缺损钴纳米环磁特性模拟研究Simulation Study of Magnetic Properties for Defect Co Nanorings

摘要(Abstract):
利用蒙特卡洛(MC)方法结合快速傅立叶变换微磁学(FFTM)方法,研究了缺损钴纳米环材料的磁特性,模拟结果表明:缺损钴纳米环的磁滞回线依然存在典型的双稳态特征.当缺损纳米环中的内半径变化时,在外磁场的作用下依然存在着洋葱态和涡旋态,但在外磁场变化过程中出现了多次局部涡旋的过渡状态,随着缺损程度的变化,其磁化行为也发生变化.
