掺钕PLZT电光陶瓷的光辐射特性Optical Radiative Properties of Nd~(3+) Ions in Ferroelectric PLZT Ceramics

摘要(Abstract):
研究了掺钕锆钛酸铅(PLZT)电光陶瓷的光学特性,利用Judd-O fe lt(J-O)理论计算该材料的强度参量:Ω2=0.7747×1-0 20cm2,Ω4=0.9856×1-0 20cm2,Ω6=0.9264×1-0 20cm2,并用强度参量计算了4F3/2亚稳态的辐射寿命(394μs)、受激发射截面iσj、荧光分支比,测量了4F3/2亚稳态的荧光寿命(168μs)并计算了该能级的荧光量子效率.同时还研究了该材料在803 nm激发下的上转换荧光特性.分析表明掺钕PLZT电光陶瓷在多功能器件、集成光学等方面有潜在的应用价值.
